Privacy Policy
How Regnum handles information across the services that link to this policy.

Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to websites, applications, and other services provided by Regnum Digital Company (“Regnum”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) that link to it. Those services currently include the Regnum website at regnum.io and the Q Calendar mobile application. We refer to them together as the “Services”.
The information we handle depends on the Service you use. A Service may present an additional privacy notice when a feature needs information not described here. That notice supplements this policy for the relevant feature.

Website analytics
Regnum.io uses Google Analytics to understand broad website use. Google Analytics may receive a browser or device identifier, pages viewed, approximate location inferred from an IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, and interaction or diagnostic information. We use this information to understand traffic and improve the website, not for personalised advertising or remarketing.
Analytics and basic technical request information are sent automatically when you visit the website. Basic request information is needed to deliver and secure the site. Providing information by email is voluntary, but without it we may not be able to respond to you.
You can limit analytics through browser privacy controls, content-blocking tools, or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Hosting and security
Our hosting and network providers, including Cloudflare, may process ordinary technical request information such as an IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser details, and security or diagnostic signals. This processing is used to deliver, protect, and maintain the website.
Contact
If you email us, we receive the address you use and the information you include. We use it to respond, keep appropriate business records, and protect the Services. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
Q Calendar
Q Calendar is designed as a local-first calendar. Calendar content, stickers, and most app data are stored on your device.
Product Analytics and Crash Reporting
Q Calendar uses Google Analytics for Firebase for Product Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for Crash Reporting. Both are enabled by default. You can turn either service off in the first-launch privacy notice or later in Settings > Privacy.
Information sent may include an app-install identifier, app and device information, named screens, feature actions, crash diagnostics, and approximate location inferred from an IP address. Because an app-install identifier may be used, this information is not anonymous. We use it to understand broad product use and improve reliability.
Calendar and sticker content is not included. Q Calendar does not send event titles, notes, dates, attendees, sticker images, filenames, or imported file contents to Product Analytics or Crash Reporting. It may record that a feature was used, but not the content involved. It does not send advertising identifiers, use these services for advertising or remarketing, or collect precise location data.
Photos, files, and local access
When you choose to import stickers, Q Calendar may access the photos or files you select,
including images in its local /stickers folder. Imported images are copied into
the app’s local storage so they remain available inside the app. They are not sent to Product
Analytics or Crash Reporting.
Retention, security, and children
Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain appropriate records, or to meet legal obligations. Website analytics, Product Analytics, and Crash Reporting information is retained according to the settings and terms that apply to the relevant Google service.
Turning off Product Analytics or Crash Reporting stops future collection by that service but does not delete information Google has already processed. Q Calendar’s local app data remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app, subject to your platform’s normal backup and uninstall behaviour. Contact correspondence is retained while needed to respond and keep appropriate records.
Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect information handled through the Services. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Because much of Q Calendar’s data is stored locally, the security and backup of your device also matter.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Your choices and requests
Depending on the information involved and applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data that Regnum controls. You may also ask a question or raise a concern about how information is handled. We may need enough information to verify your request and locate the relevant records, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.
For Q Calendar, you can turn off Product Analytics and Crash Reporting in Settings > Privacy. You control locally stored calendar and sticker content through the app and your device. Platform-level controls may provide additional choices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Services or their information practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the relevant Service or another appropriate channel. We will not use personal data for an unrelated new purpose without consent where applicable law requires it.
